Kalizio Vacshu
The man summoned the Grand Fall. Also known in later times as Seraphi-Niette, the
God of Misfortune, because it was on the 12th day, when Miseria occludes Ricchez
that Kalizio released the seals of the Abyss and summoned forth the armies of Karon.
He is depicted as an old man - wizard and sage, but some unofficial sources suggest
that he was young and devilishly handsome at the time of the Grand Fall. In time,
perhaps the mysteries surrounding the real Kalizio Vacshu will be revealed. For
now, he holds a very specific place in the history of Trieste.
Vinaelr Paray
Founder of the ark of Arcana, she was also the one who established the reformation
of the Incar religion and the 12 gods. People believe that she is a messenger of
Siz, the Goddess of the Land.
Undo Mazokie
A legendary knight who appeared at the time when the Arcana plan was proceeding.
The head of the White Knights wear white armor and use elemental lightning swordsmanship.
He led the forces that defeated a great attack by monsters of the Abyss at Divine
Valley, successfully defending the Arcana.
Amor Judius
The first blur knight considered a god of the sword and a hero in the beginning
of the era of resurrection. He established the Neois by clearing creatures of the
Abyss that still dominated the Halfmoon plains. But he disappeared mysteriously
in the height of his power, and nobody knows what happened to him.
Nut Shain
Nut Shain worked as a secretary under the Aloken when they - the god race - ruled
over humans in Trieste in an era known as the “Era of the Gods.” After the Grand
Fall and defeat of the Aloken by humans and Karon’s legions, Nut Shain dedicated
to the support of the human side in the postwar era and the fight against the Abyss.
But his secret longing was for a return to the time of the gods. He was the first,
and greatest, chief of the Bagi and a ferocious leader and tactician.
Iron Teracle
Iron Teracle was often considered the natural successor to Undo Mazokie, but in
fact his talents as a knight were never exceptional. What made him popular was the
discovery of the rich mineral veins and the establishment of Jaden at that place.
After that, he was appointed as a head of Jaden by the Incar. His name came from
his skill with the hammer, which he used to beat out the metals extracted from the
rich veins he had discovered.
Iris Vinosh
Known as “La Qune” of the Sagitta Iris Vinosh is the greatest of the Sagitta leaders,
thought to enjoy the special protection of Qune, the Goddess of Moon and Beauty.
Her skills of archery and crafting were legendary, and she made her own bows and
arrows, teaching many the skills she had refined over many years. She was also known
as “Iris of the Raging Wind.”
Duce Mable
One of the original Zodiac members, Duce Mable was perhaps one of the greatest leaders
of his time, but also one of the most ambitious. In the name of patriotism and a
fear of another Grand Fall, he committed acts of aggression that ultimately led
to a schism among the Incar and war with the knights of Genoa. A good man - even
a great man - but one whose fears and ambitions ultimately led to his own destruction.
Shumatra Choi
He is better known as the saint of sword. One of the greatest of the swordsmen of
his era, he became the head of the Azure Knights after leading his forces to victory
over the Noark. His son Garion later became head of the Azure Knights, despite losing
most of his memory after a battle.
Clovis
He is a son of Nut Shain. He has superior abilities in Aloken magic. He is a self-styled
poet.

Diene Vinosh
One of the students of Iris Vinosh, she was later adopted into the Vinosh family.
Though she was not as devastating an archer as her mentor, she showed a great talent
for teaching, and was responsible for refining the education techniques of the Segitta,
raising their standards perceptibly. She later married Shumatra Choi.
Yoshima Diamechy
Considered the “godfather” of Summoners, Diamechy was ambitious and insanely curious
to plumb the ultimate depths of the black arts. He was supported and allied with
Duce Mable, but mysteriously died during one of his summoning experiments.
Heichi Pedron
In the name of Helicita, studied summoning magic with Yoshima Diamechy. After Yoshima
died, he worked to find ways of mitigating side effects of summoning, collaborating
with Romvart Genzo.
Nedian Vinosh
The daughter of Iris Vinosh, Nedian was known for her kindness and femininity. Little
is known of her warrior skills because she always remained ladylike and never revealed
her skills. It is rumored that she could shoot the eye out of an argama from a mile
away, but this may be only a tall tale.
Janbark Gray
A traditional knight, Janbark was raised by Iron Teracle. It was always his belief
that one day he would rule the knights by Iron Taracle’s side.
Daimon Russe
Romvart Genzo’s cousin always excelled in the knightly arts of sword play and shield
defense. Romvart’s jealousy of Daimon led to him becoming a Summoner, while Daimon
was selected by the Incar to be a delegate to Genoa. Unfortunately, he was attacked
and killed, along with Romvart’s father, on that very day.
Chiakra Kumer
The second head of the Bagi. He targeted the Jaden but died in the war against the
Segitta.
Fagno Sagang
He is the older brother of Kan, a frivolous young man who is often in trouble. His
sister, Kan, just as often gets him out of trouble.
Kan Hiruski Sagang
She is sister of Fagno Sagang. She is not at all feminine, but carries power and
strength in her body to match any warrior’s. She fights for the Genoa military.
Siriel Az
He is a pupil of Heichi Pedron. He has a great interest in the summoning magic and
medical science.
Liel
She is the mother of Clovis and the wife of Nut Shain. During the period of the
Grand Fall, she was separated from her husband, hiding in the Parca Temple.
